# What You Need:

→ Mango Base

01 - 2 cups frozen mango chunks
02 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
03 - 1/4 cup orange juice
04 - 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
05 - 1/2 cup cold water
06 - 1 cup ice cubes

→ Garnishes

07 - Lime wedges, for rimming and garnish
08 - Coarse sea salt or Tajín seasoning, for rimming glass
09 - Mango slices, optional

# Directions:

01 - Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each serving glass. Dip the glass rims into coarse sea salt or Tajín seasoning to evenly coat. Set aside for filling.
02 - Combine frozen mango chunks, freshly squeezed lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup or honey, cold water, and ice cubes in a blender.
03 - Process on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add additional cold water until preferred consistency is achieved.
04 - Taste the blended mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more agave syrup or honey as needed.
05 - Pour the frozen mango blend into the prepared glasses.
06 - Garnish each glass with lime wedges and mango slices if desired. Serve immediately while cold.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You won't believe how tangy and tropical this tastes & like sunshine in a glass, without needing alcohol.
  • The easy steps mean you'll spend less time prepping and more time sipping with friends.
02 -
  • Blending the mango straight from frozen is key: using thawed fruit turns the mocktail watery and ruins the texture.
  • Garnishing with Tajín instead of salt adds a subtle spice that makes the drink unexpectedly addictive.
03 -
  • Pulsing the blender before full speed prevents air pockets and blends every last chunk.
  • Try prepping garnishes ahead so you’re not distracted mid-blend—the mango slush melts fast.
