# What You Need:

01 - 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
02 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
03 - 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup

04 - 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves

05 - 2 cups cold water
06 - Ice cubes, for serving

# Directions:
01 - Combine watermelon cubes, lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and mint leaves in a blender.
02 - Blend mixture at high speed until completely smooth.
03 - Pour blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing with a spoon to extract all liquid and remove pulp.
04 - Add cold water to strained liquid and stir thoroughly. Adjust sweetness as needed.
